Velma O. Woodyard Matthews, 80, of Scottown, died Friday Nov. 24, 2023, at home.

She is survived by her husband, James Mathews.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 6– 7 p.m. Tuesday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, with a Celebration of Life service following at 7 p.m.
