Chase Matthew Smith, 21, of Huntington, West Virginia, died on Friday, May 27, 2022.

Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, is assisting the family.

A funeral service will be 2 p.m. Friday June 3, 2022 at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with visitation an hour prior to the service.
