Chase Matthew Smith, 21, of Huntington, West Virginia, died on Friday, May 27, 2022.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Friday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville.

Burial will follow in Crescent Hill Cemetery, Kenova, West Virginia.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
