Published 8:53 am Saturday, January 18, 2020
This event will occur from 5-8 p.m. on Friday, April 17 and from 9 a.m.-Noon on Saturday April 18.
The objective of this event is to provide our area with a fun opportunity to experience the outstanding Hoka One One brand in which Runner’s World coined, “The Most Popular Running shoe of 2019.”
This Clinic is for anyone beginning a new exercise routine, for patients rehabilitating from an injury, for a cross country or track athlete looking to improve their personal record or for anyone that loves to compete at any level or stage of life.
This two day event will give everyone a greater opportunity to attend and meet the Hoka One One Technical Representative and ultra marathon runner, Molly Sarchet, based out of Nashville, Tennessee.
• Two Board Certified Pedorthists (C.Ped) will be on staff to ensure proper fit.
• The O Such Tri-State Race Planner team will conduct the non-competitive test track in downtown Ironton.
• Get your vitals checked at the booth sponsored by Collins Career Technical Center Medical and Health Programs.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) will be on hand for free gait analysis and tips for more efficient walking/running.
• A full selection of womens’ and mens’ sizes in four different Hoka One One styles; the Gaviota 2, Clifton 6, the new Arahi 4 and the new Speedgoat 4 for everyone to “Give ‘em a Try.”
• Prizes, games and snacks.
You will receive a free gift and a 15 percent discount on any Hoka One One purchase during the clinic, even Hoka special orders.
To clarify, this is not a competitive race. It is a fun event that allows our customers to try on a pair of Hoka One One running shoes and utilize the approved mapped-out route, just outside of Unger’s Shoe Store, to “Give ‘em a Try”!
