CGLL baseball/softball board meeting Dec. 15
The Coal Grove Little League baseball/softball will conduct a meeting at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 15, at the high school.
Anyone wishing to be on the board is asked to attend the meeting.

South Point announces HOF ceremonies plans
South Point High School will conduct its Hall of Fame induction ceremonies Friday, Jan. 31, and Saturday, Feb. 1, at the school.
The new class will be introduced on Friday, Jan. 31, at halftime of the boys’ high school varsity halftime game against Rock Hill.
Induction ceremonies to honor the new members will be on Saturday, Feb. 1, beginning with a social hour from 5-6 p.m. with light hors d’oeuvres and then a gourmet dinner at 6 p.m.
Tickets for the event are $40. Those interested in attending should place their request by Saturday, Jan. 25, to the high school by calling (740) 377-4323 or email dnance@southpoint.k12.oh.us Checks should be made payable to South Point High School Athletic Boosters.
This year’s Hall of Fame class includes:
Keith Brown – Class of 1974; James Leroy Howard – Class of 1954; David Moore – Class of 1977; Angie Carico Phipps – Class of 1990; Eric “Scoot” Smith – Class of 1977. This year’s Delta Era inductee is Minor Payne — Class of 1925.
