At about 8:30 a.m. on Sept. 17, I witnessed a city dump truck and end loader picking up two old couches at Whitwell School that Jack Hager threw from a dumpster onto the sidewalk.

Why was that stuff picked up for him, but will not be picked up for anyone else?

I, for one, am fed up with the way the mayor keeps giving Hagar preferential treatment, but not so for anyone else.
