State Route 650 closed at U.S. 52 overpass in Hanging Rock

More closures in ODOT’s District 9
State Route 650 in Lawrence County has been closed at the U.S. 52 overpass and the village of Hanging Rock due to high water.
In addition, the following routes on the state highway system in the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) District 9 are also closed due to flooding:
• State Route 220 at County Road 51 (River Road), two miles south of Waverly in Pike County.
• State Route 239 between U.S. 52 and State Route 73 at West Portsmouth.
• State Route 73 East at the U.S. 52/State Route 852 overpasses, west of Portsmouth.
• State Route 73/Second Street Bridge at the city of Portsmouth in Scioto County.
All closures are in effect until further notice, and motorists are reminded that crossing any closed route is prohibited.
