GALLIPOLIS — The Gallipolis Blue Devils completed their run.
The Blue Devils blanked the South Point Pointers 44-0 on Friday and finished the Ohio Valley Conference season 7-0.
Gallipolis (9-1) will now play in the Division IV playoffs.
The OVC champions scored all their points in the first half and then the teams play two eight-minute quarters in the second half.
Gallipolis took a 28-0 first quarter lead as Lane Pullins ran 3 yards for a touchdown, Justin Campbell went 17 yards, Jacob Campbell 7 yards and Pullins broke loose on a 49-yard scoring run.
McClelland completed one pass but it was a 43-yard touchdown strike to Cory Call in the second quarter.
After a safety made it 37-0, James Armstrong returned a punt 58 yards for a touchdown to complete the scoring.
Campbell ran eight times for 78 yards, Pullins 58 yards on only four attempts and backup Michael Beasy had five carries for 58 yards.
South Point (0-10, 0-7) was led by Kionte Bacon with 10 carries for 44 yards.
