Ohio 141 reopened

The Ohio Department of Transportation has announced that State Route 141 in Lawrence County has been reopened between Etna-Waterloo Road and and the Lawrence-Gallia County. The road had been closed due to flooding.
In addition, restrictions on State Route 141 have been lifted where the route was restricted between State Route 775 and Arabia-Greasy Ridge Road since the high water has gone down.
