• Eric W. Roach, 40, of 3410 County Road 37, Scottown; fourth-degree domestic violence, and second-degree felonious assault.

• Randy L. Perkey, 41, of 108 Sharon Court, South Point; third-degree tampering with evidence, fourth-degree trafficking in heroin, and fourth-degree trafficking in marijuana.

• Cody A. Perkey, 21, of 108 Sharon Court, South Point; three counts fifth-degree breaking and entering, and one count second-degree burglary.

• Amanda L. Blake, 37, of 2739 S. Fifth Street, Ironton; third-degree tampering with evidence.

• Randy T. Justice, 38, of 18 Raccoon Drive, Louisa, Kentucky; fifth-degree possession of drugs (methamphetamine).

• John J. Williams, 31, of 1191 Kensington Street, Detroit, Michigan; fourth-degree receiving stolen property, and fifth-degree trafficking in marijuana.

• Carlos R. Ferguson, 37, of 305 Kenova Ave., Wayne, West Virginia; fourth-degree theft of a motor vehicle.

• Franklin D. Kegley, 39, of 2635 Lincoln Ave., Ashland, Kentucky; fifth-degree possession of drugs (Methadone), fifth-degree possession of cocaine, and fifth-degree possession of heroin.

• Jackson T. Crabtree, 25, of 291 Township Road 156 N., South Point; fourth-degree failure to appear.

• Melissa K. Lyons, 41, of 2540 S. Fourth Street, Ironton; fifth-degree receiving stolen property.

• Phillip S. Morrison, 45, of 113 Columbus Street, South Point; third-degree tampering with evidence, fifth-degree possession of cocaine, and resisting arrest, a second-degree misdemeanor.

• Carrie A. Copley, 32, of 3098 County Road 124, Chesapeake; fourth-degree operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, fifth-degree possession of drugs (methamphetamine), possession drug abuse instruments, a second-degree misdemeanor, and resisting arrest, also a second-degree misdemeanor.

• Cabell J. Patmon, 50, of 414 Vine Street, Ironton; first-degree aggravated robbery.

• Christopher Ratliff, 27, of 1648 State Route 503, Wurtland, Kentucky; fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin).

• Timothy Perkins, 55, of 7895 County Road 1, South Point; fifth-degree forgery.

• Beauford Jones, 35, of 667 County Road 9, Crown City; fifth-degree receiving stolen property, and fifth-degree forgery.

• Lauren A. Keamerer, 25, of 257 W. Anderson Street, Crown Point, Indiana; fifth-degree possession of heroin.

• John Davis, 26, of 150 Township Road 1086, Apt. 9, South Point; third-degree tampering with evidence, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, a first-degree misdemeanor, and operating a motor vehicle while under suspension, a first-degree misdemeanor.

• Dickie L. Wilson, 36, of 108 Second Street W., South Point; fourth-degree burglary, and assault, a first-degree misdemeanor.

• Vanessa Woods, 29, of 116 Ashland Drive, Apt. A, South Point; two counts second-degree aggravated trafficking in drugs (methamphetamine).

An indictment is a formal allegation that an individual has committed a crime. All are innocent until proven guilty in court.
