Vickey Heffner

Vickey Ann Heffner, 56, of Chesapeake, died Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2017, at home. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Sybene Independent Missionary Baptist Church, South Point. Burial will follow in Union Hill Cemetery, Chesapeake. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Friday at the church. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, is assisting the family with arrangements.
