Frank Junior Earl, 93, of Chesapeake, died Friday, Sept. 8, 2017, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Huntington. Funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the First Church of the Nazarene, in Huntington. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens, South Point.
