The Ironton-Russell (Oakley C. Collins) Bridge will be closed at midnight Thursday, Sept. 7, for remaining deck work and sign installation as part of the new bridge construction project.

The closure will remain in effect until noon Saturday, Sept. 9, and while the bridge is closed, motorists will be detoured via U.S. 52 and the Ashland, Ky., twin bridges.
