Kyle Riffitt

Jan. 29, 1985 — April 30, 2017

Kyle Jackson Riffitt, 32, of Ironton , passed away on Sunday, April 30, 2017. He was born Jan. 29, 1985, in Lawrence County, a son of Jack E. Riffitt and Rhonda A. Artis Riffitt, of Ironton.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Ronald Artis; and his paternal grandparents, Richard and Almeda Riffitt.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a son, Connor Russell, of Ironton; a daughter, Caidence Malone, of Ironton; his maternal grandmother, Janet Artis, of Ironton; and his girlfriend, Maranda Blackburn, of Warfield, Kentucky.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at West Ironton Church of the Nazarene, with pastors Lawrence Harris and Penny Edwards officiating. Burial will follow at Haverhill Cemetery.
Friends may call two hours prior to the service at the church. Pallbearers will be Ronnie Artis, Devin Artis, Larry Fraley, Duane Dornan, Luke Blackburn and Robert Blackburn. Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.slackandwallace.com.

Jennifer Fannin

Jennifer Denise Cron Fannin, 54, of Ironton, died Monday, May 1, 2017, at the SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Phillips Funeral Home, Ironton, with pastor Scott Jenkins officiating.
