Charlotte Casey
April 13, 1939 — Feb. 28, 2017

Charlotte Diane Casey, 77, passed peacefully at Mt. Carmel East Hospital on Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2017, at 5 a.m.
Diane was born to Harriet Harrison Knost-Opacic and Gerald Knost in Ironton on April 13, 1939. She was preceded in death by her parents and her stepfather, Michael Opacic; her husband, Francis L. Casey Jr.; her son, Francis L. Casey III; and her son-in-law, Michael Deely.
She is survived by her children, Christie Carlson (Boyd), Wesley (Cristi), Martha McKeon (Kevin), Elizabeth Deely (Michael), Ina Hampton (Jon), Michael Gossett Casey, Gerald Casey (Samantha) and “Peaches” Harriett Macioce (Scott); daughter-in-law Kathy Casey; 22 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Sally Petitt, Martha Cook (Fred), Victoria Edwards (Larry), of Washington Court House, and Rebecca Williams, of Wilmington; brother, Anthony Knost (Candis), of Georgia; and many nieces and nephews who were all very dear to her. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Friends may call from 2-5 p.m. today at Evans Funeral Home, 4171 East Livingston Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43227. Burial will be 11 a.m. Monday at Washington Cemetery in Washington Court House. Millard Callicoat
Millard F. Callicoat, 74, of Scottown died Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2017, at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, West Virginia. He is survived by his wife Karen Callicoat. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. today at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville. Burial will follow in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Proctorville. William Timothy Shepherd, II, 31, of Huntington, West Virginia, died Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2017. He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Shepherd. A memorial service will be at a later date. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville is assisting the family with arrangements.
