This past Thursday, Care 24/7 opened its doors for an open house and ribbon cutting for a new resource center in Ironton.
Care 24/7 is a patient-centered care provider for both chronic care management and transitional care management.
At the grand opening, Holly Clark, chief clinical officer of Care 24/7, said she was excited for the company to be in Ironton, providing jobs locally, and added that one of the missions of Care 24/7 is to invest in local communities.
“Care 24/7 is excited to partner with the community of Ironton as we open the doors to our resource center. Care 24/7 is in a growth stage and we are happy to be growing with the city of Ironton,” Clark said. “This center will employ local individuals and provide services to the surrounding areas.”
Also speaking at the event were Bill Dingus, executive director of the Lawrence Economic Development Corporation, Ironton Mayor Katrina Keith, and Huy Nguyen, MD and Executive Chairman of Care 24/7.
“Not only is this economic development for us, it’s putting people to work, bringing jobs downtown and providing a service for people,” Keith said. “Thank you for believing in Ironton.”
