On Saturday, Sept. 17 at noon, the Village of Barboursville proudly presents “The Barboursville Brawl.”

The matches will be held in downtown Barboursville during the Barboursville FallFest activites. Bleachers will be available but people are advised to come early for the best seating.

The event — which features 6 huge professional wrestling matches — promises to be an afternoon of family friendly fun full of action-packed entertainment.

The special guest will be WWE, TNA & ROH Legend Jim Cornette who will be on hand to sign autographs. He will also have copies of his books available.

Cornette will meet fans and answer their wrestling questions.

The first Main Event features former TNA world champion Gunner battling former NWA champion Chance Prophet in a LumberJack Match.

The ring will be surrounded by wrestlers to ensure a winner.

The second main event pits former WWE tag champion Rob Conway (of La Resitance) battling half of the the HeatSeekers: “The Southern Psycho” Elliott Russell who is just back in the United States after a hugely successful wrestling tour of China.

New Japan wrestling star, and a member of the “Bullet Club,” “The Crown Jewel” Chase Owens battles the other half of the HeatSeekers, “Wrestling Extraordinaire” Sigmon.

The fourth featured bout is an NWA All-Star title match as the champion Stan The Man” Lee defends his belt against one of the world’s strongest men, “The Black Superman” Onyx.

Other matches feature Bart Batten, “Handsome” Beau James, “Queen” Misty James, Jayke Jacobs, “The StormBringer” Johnny Noble, “Adorable” Eddie Browning, Adam Newsome and much more.
