Leep named as new Fairland High principal

ROME TOWNSHIP — Fairland High School has a new principal.
Superintendent Roni Hayes said the board of education has hired Tessa Leep to fill the position.
Leep previously served as the high school’s assistant principal and guidance counselor for ninth and 10th graders. Before coming to Fairland, she taught math at Chesapeake Middle School.
She will filling the vacancy created when principal Chad Belville resigned to take a job as superintendent for schools in Fairfield Union in Lancaster following the conclusion of the 2015-16 school year.
Hayes said a replacement has not been made for the assistant principal position.
