WESTWOOD, Ky. — This just doesn’t seem to be my day.

Nothing went right for the St. Joseph Female Flyers as they lost 46-33 to the Fairview Lady Eagles on Friday.

“It was just one of those games. We had final exams this week and only practiced twice and we just couldn’t do anything,” said St. Joseph coach Nick Miller.

Lynsey Booker led the Female Flyers with 14 points, 3 rebounds and 4 steals. Ashlee Blankenship had 5 rebounds.

Fairview (4-4) was led by MacKenzie Humphrey with 13, Jessica Meeks with 12 and Samantha Reynolds had 10.

The Female Flyers fell behind 11-4 after the first quarter and trailed 24-8 at the half. Fairview led 36-17 after three quarters.

St. Joseph plays at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Reedsville Eastern.
