The Lawrence County Board of Commissioners on Monday held an organizational meeting.

Les Boggs was again named commission president and Freddie Hayes Jr. was named vice president.

The commission will continue having its regular meetings at 9:30 a.m. on Thursdays and will have work sessions at 9:30 a.m. the second Tuesday of every month.

The commission meets on the third floor of the Lawrence County Courthouse located at 111 S. Fourth Street in Ironton.
