SOUTH POINT — Small business owners will have the opportunity to learn more about the Affordable Care Act at two seminars sponsored by the Ohio State University and Ohio Small Business Development Centers.

The seminars will be on Tuesday from 9 a.m.-noon for businesses with under 50 employees and from 1-4 p.m. for those employing more than 50.

Rick Patrick of Patrick Consulting Group will discuss determining the impact of the act; understanding the ACA requirements; and choosing a benefit plan.

The seminars will be at the Chamber of Commerce, 216 Collins Ave., South Point. The cost of the seminar is $5. Registration is required and can be made by emailing Janie@ledcorp.org or calling 377-4550. Deadline for registration is Friday.
