LAVALETTE, W.Va. — The South Point Pointers’ golf team claimed a tri-match win on Wednesday at Sugarwood Golf Course.

South Point posted a 202 team total to finish ahead of the Rock Hill Redmen with a 207 score and the St. Joseph Flyers 239 total.

Eddie Chinn shot a 47 to lead the Pointers while Barbara Collins shot a 49. Madison Riley had a 52, Logan Wade 54 and Beau Taylor 56.

Logan Reed shot a 41 for Rock Hill to take medalist honors. Jason Haywood had a 50, Austin Barcus 56, Logan Barcus 60, Chase Nelson 64 and Andrew Brammer was one shot back at 65.

Bryson Adkins carded a 51 to pace the Flyers. James Carter shot a 60 while Ben McDonald and Kaitlin Thompson each had a 64.
