Assault — 200 block County Road 29, Pedro, Aug. 27, woman alleged ex-boyfriend squeezed her hand and it is possibly broken; negative contact with suspect.
Theft — 3900 block State Route 243, Ironton, Aug. 21, woman alleged grandson stole and used her credit card.
Burglary — 100 block Township Road 138, Ironton, Aug. 26, man reported seeing a male suspect on his deck; after suspect left the scene, victim found items missing from garage, camper, vehicle and barn.
Theft — Lawrence Village Apartments, South Point, Aug. 22, Martin guitar stolen from apartment.
Felonious assault — Township Road 1335, South Point, Aug. 25, man alleged being hit in the head and struck unconscious after he pulled his car to the side of the road to check his tire; man taken to hospital by a friend and treated for a broken left foot and ankle; suspect named.
Theft — 100 block County Road 15, South Point, Aug. 24, money, Suboxone, keys, tools taken from residence.
Vandalism, petty theft, burglary — 15000 block State Route 243, Chesapeake, Aug. 26, front door of residence kicked in; TV taken.
Grand theft — 100 block Old State Route 7, Proctorville, Aug. 25, woman reported vehicle she loaned out never returned.
Criminal damaging — Private drive in Proctorville, Aug. 25, light fixtures at end of driveway damaged.
Domestic violence — 400 block Township Road 1379, Chesapeake, Aug. 27, juvenile allegedly pulled knife on aunt; taken to group home.

— Shelley Miller, 26, of 627 Ashtabula St., Ironton, commitment Aug. 27 by CPS.
— Thomas Misner, 35, of 1917 Ninth Ave., Huntington, W.Va., warrants for arrest and driving without operator’s license Aug. 27 by the Proctorville Mayor’s Court.
