KITTS HILL — Cody Gool and his brother, Clint Meadows, own Rock Camp Motocross located at 3361 County Road 6. Now in its second year of operation, Rock Camp Motocross’ goal is “to provide a quality racing surface that allows for competitors and spectators to enjoy the most competitive and entertaining motocross racing,” according to its Facebook page.

After two weeks off, races resume tonight and Saturday at 7 p.m.  Practice starts at 6 p.m. Rock Camp is also sponsoring the motocross races at the Lawrence County Fair again this year with a purse of more than $5,000 being offered. Large crowds of both participants and spectators routinely gather at Rock Camp MX several weekends a year for its races.
