COAL GROVE — A two-vehicle crash around 4:30 p.m. on Monday snarled traffic on the westbound ramp off U.S. 52 coming onto State Route 243.

Coal Grove Police Chief Eric Spurlock said the accident involved two Ford pickup trucks, one driven by Jeremy Castle and the other by Jonathan Day.

Day was cited for driver inattention. One of the men was transported to a local hospital for neck and back pain but neither officers nor emergency service workers could confirm which man was taken to a hospital.
