Internet service provider Frontier has expanded its broadband services to residents of Burlington.
The new expanded service will bring broadband coverage into new homes. The expansion will also mean faster Internet speeds in existing homes.
“We can now reach customers that we couldn’t reach before,” said Dave George, Frontier’s general manger for southern Ohio. “Also we can provide significantly higher speed services than we were able to offer previously.”
George says that the expansion in Burlington is just the first step in a process that includes other areas of Lawrence County.
“Burlington is the first step in improvements for us,” George said. “We want to continue to offer improved services to other areas of the county in the near future.”
Additionally, the service upgrades from Frontier can provide local businesses with a big boost.
“With the upgraded equipment we can also offer enhanced services for our business customers, such as the ability to tie multiple locations together in one network,” George said. “So if your business has two locations you can tie them together so that they operate as one locations online.”
Frontier also offers a full range of online security and tech support options. Anyone wanting to inquire about Internet service should visit www.frontier.com or call 1-800-570-6839.
