Domestic violence — 3600 block State Route 7, Chesapeake, July 15, woman alleged man who lives with her struck her and knocked her down, negative contact.

Domestic violence — 300 block County Road 13, Willow Wood, July 20, woman alleged 3-year-old daughter abused by father while visiting him.

Breaking and entering — Subway restaurant, Proctorville, July 25, manager reported front door glass broken out, cash drawer with $200 taken, loss valued at $750.

Assault — Country Hearth Inn, South Point, July 25, 32-year-old man alleged he was walking with a group of teenagers when they began hitting him, man alleged he was just talking with them about life and joining their gang, negative contact with teens.

Suicide — 200 block Mastin Avenue, Ironton, July 26, caller advised her boyfriend said he was coming to her home to commit suicide, according to Ironton police. After officers arrived, the man was sitting in a van and shot himself in the head.

Petty theft — 6400 block County Road 12, Proctorville, July 26, TV, tools, safe with $860 and jewelry taken from residence.
