A boil-water advisory has been issued by the Village of South Point following a water main break at midnight Tuesday.

Affected areas are from Ferry Street east to Hooper Street and includes Second, Third, and Fourth streets, Heritage Court, Wilson Court, Freeman Court and Rose Street.

The advisory will be in effect for the next three days. The break has been repaired.
