Grand jury returns drug, burglary indictments

A Lawrence County Grand Jury returned indictments Tuesday that included burglaries, assaults and drug trafficking charges.
The following indictments are from the office of Lawrence County Prosecutor Brigham Anderson:
• Mark Wiley II, 30, of 60 Township Road 616, South Point, complicity to illegal manufacture of drugs;
• Christopher Brown, 36, of 1916 Colerain Ave., Cincinnati, trafficking in drugs (cocaine);
• Asim McCoy, 32, of 1946 Jackson Ave., Huntington, W.Va., two counts of having weapons under a disability, receiving stolen property, trafficking in drugs (heroin), possession of drugs (cocaine), tampering with evidence and falsification;
• Cintonna Hively, 33, of 572 Township Road 266, Kitts Hill, felonious assault and burglary;
• William Christy IV, 37, of 572 Township Road 266, Kitts Hill, felonious assault and burglary;
• Christopher Cremeans, 33, of 105 Perry Hollow Road, South Point, burglary;
• Natasha Estep, 28, of 408 17th St., Kenova, W.Va., forgery;
• Wendi Johnson, 37, of 408 17th St., Kenova, W.Va., forgery and possession of drugs (heroin);
• Donald Malone, 56, of 93 County Road 357, Ironton, receiving stolen property and failure to comply with order or signal of police officer;
• Joseph Donte Whaley, 22, of 1111 S. Ninth St., Ironton, three counts of trafficking in drugs (heroin);
• Amee Jo Pyles, 28, of 98 Township Road 1025, South Point, six counts of trafficking in drugs (oxycodone, heroin, cocaine);
• Mary Mills, 44, of 413 Etna St., Ironton, trafficking in drugs (oxycodone);
• Lennis Adkins, 43, of 1358 Cannonsburg Road, Ashland, Ky., theft by deception;
• Andrew Smith, 23, of 177 Township Road 348, Ironton, burglary;
• Fred Watts Jr., 43, of 14314 State Route 7, Proctorville, theft from the elderly;
• Marcus Murphy, 25, of 618 S. Eighth St., Ironton, aggravated burglary, menacing by stalking and three counts of misdemeanor assault.
