Breaking and entering — 3300 block County Road 59, Chesapeake, 5:32 p.m. Sept. 26, pressure washer, mitre saw, chain saw, other items taken from outbuilding.

Burglary — Country Hearth Inn, South Point, 9:29 p.m., video game players, games, DVDs taken from hotel room.

Endangering children taking drugs — 115 S. Fifth St., Ironton, 12:22 a.m. Sunday, vehicle pulled over for weaving, three children ages 5, 6, and 8 allegedly not in child restraints, one lying in floor of back seat area, female driver determined to be driving without license, male passenger asked to get out of car, deputies reported bloodshot, glassy eyes and stagger, pills confiscated, Jessica Henderson, 44, of 16253 Owen Ave., East Pointe, Mich., and Jim B. Clapper, 34, 23805 N. Keystone Way, Clinton Township, Mich., arrested and taken to jail.

Robbery — Whiskey River Saloon, County Road 450, South Point, 12:31 a.m. Sunday, $575 allegedly taken from cash register, suspects chased into parking lot by patrons, one suspect allegedly indicated he had gun, no firearm found, Bruce H. Jamison, 36, of 29 Private Drive 257, South Point, and Christopher Smith, 44, 346 Vale Road, Bidwell, arrested and taken to jail.
