Theft – 800 block County Road 123 Chesapeake, 11:30 p.m. Sunday, victim’s weed eater taken, suspect named.

Theft – 6000 block County Road 15 South Point, 11:15 p.m. Sunday, victim’s chainsaw taken, suspect named.

Petty theft/complicity – 300 block Private Drive 288 South Point 4:55 p.m. Saturday, two white males shoplifted tools from a Walmart, suspects taken to jail.

Petty theft – 3400 block County Road 18 South Point 11:00 a.m. Saturday, victim reported that items were taken from his front porch.

Breaking and entering – Private Drive 799 South Point 9:25 p.m. Saturday, victim reported that the suspect had pried the lock of the outbuilding and had stolen various tools, no suspects named.

Petty theft – 300 block Township Road 1019 South Point 6:28 p.m. Thursday, victim reported that suspect took money out of her purse.

Breaking and entering/commitment – 1600 block County Road 31 Chesapeake 7:04 p.m. Sunday, two lawn mowers, weed eater, and gasoline taken, suspects named.

 

Ironton police

Felonious assault — 1100 block Stormes Alley, 10:08 p.m. Monday, man reportedly assaulted with car following argument over money; car used to pin victim to porch, injuring his legs, Charles Schob, 41, 609 Cliff St., Ironton, arrested and taken to jail.
