Possession of drugs, schedule I, II —Speedway, 4:30 p.m. April 6, Keith Nethercutt, 37, of 7990 Bayless Hill Road, Catlettsburg, Ky., and Robert Nethercutt, 38, 1001 Forestdale Road Lot 12, Ashland, Ky., arrested.
