Ironton police

Suspicious activity — 300 block North Sixth Street, 1:14 a.m. Friday, people getting into residence, occupants not at home, open window, no way to secure it.

Fight — Eighth and Chestnut streets, 1:44 a.m. Friday, people yelling and fighting, one man taken to jail

Burglary in progress — 100 block Orchard Hollow, 3:45 a.m. Friday, negative contact, second call 4:35 a.m., advised.

Robbery — Sureway Cab, 1000 block South Second Street, 8:04 a.m. Friday.

Stolen cell phone —Reported at police station, 10:41 a.m. Monday, later found and returned.

Truck in river — Center Street Boat Ramp, 9:27 p.m. Friday, owned advised parking brake kicked off, vehicle slipped into river, coast guard notified.

Trouble — Fourth and Washington streets, 10:48 p.m. Friday, people drinking and throwing things at cars, all advised.

Trouble — South Third Street, 11:50 p.m. Friday, people on Rent To Own lot threatening others, advised, leaving for night.

Suspicious person — Second and Washington streets, 2:15 a.m. Saturday, subject intoxicated, jail unable to take, taken to another location.

Theft — 1700 block Phillip Street, 9:06a.m. Saturday, wallet taken from unlocked car.

Vandalism — 1400 block South Fifth Street, 9:20 a.m. Saturday, house egged.

Theft — 1700 block Phillip Street, 10:07 a.m. Saturday, gun and other items taken from vehicle.

Theft — 1300 block South Fourth Street, 11:45 a.m. Saturday, leaf blower taken.

Vandalism — 400 block Heplar Street, 1:10 p.m. Saturday, paint poured on vehicle.

Suspicious activity — 1000 block North Second Street, 1:25 p.m. Saturday, man asked to leave parking lot, may have flashed gun at owner.

Threatening messages — Reported at police station 4:21 p.m. Saturday, man called mother, threatened to hurt himself, subject said to be walking behind floodwall in area of Wilson Supply, fire department has boat on standby, subject later said to be seen on South Third near Jones Street, subject located at house on Heplar.
