Ironton police
Theft — 1600 block South Fourth Street, 7:03 a.m. Friday, tailgate stolen from pickup truck.
Domestic — 700 block North Fifth Street, 8:03 a.m. Friday, woman allegedly assaulted, located subject and vehicle, EMS and adult protective services summoned, man taken to hospital.
Assault — Rich Oil, Third and Monroe streets, 12:34 p.m. Friday, woman allegedly assaulted by mother.
Suspicious activity — 1100 block South Seventh Street, 3:19 a.m. Saturday, man allegedly caught pilfering car, fled when spotted.
Theft — 1900 block South Second Street, 9:37 a.m. Saturday, laptop taken.
Assault — Reported at police station, 11:23 a.m. Saturday, 10-year-old girl allegedly assaulted by another child.
Lost dog — 1000 block South Fourth Street, 11:55 a.m. Saturday, 80-pound basset hound missing.
Lost dog — Sixth and Monroe streets, 11:57 a.m. Saturday, 12-week-old puppy missing.
Domestic — Reported at police station, 4:51 p.m. Saturday, man allegedly assaulted by girlfriend, Kara D. Hern, 28, 334 Susan Court, Ironton, arrested and taken to jail.
Criminal damaging — reported at police station, 10:08 p.m. Saturday, woman allegedly ran off road by another vehicle, suspect named.
Shots fired — 1900 block South Second Street, 12:22 a.m. Sunday, nothing located.
Fight — Auger Inn, 2324 S. Third St., 1:14 a.m. Sunday.
Theft — 500 block Pleasant Street, 8:56 a.m. Sunday, TV taken.
Theft — reported at police station 2:15 p.m. Sunday, debit card taken.
Sexual assault — McGovney Street, 4:02 p.m. Sunday, 1-year-old allegedly inappropriately touched, suspect named.
Breaking and entering — 400 block South Second Street, 10:36 p.m. Sunday, numerous items taken from residence.

— Thomas G. Clay, 28, 22895 State Route 141, Waterloo, outstanding warrant Saturday by the Ironton Police Department.
— Whitney H. Tackett, 43, 2808 Holt St., Ashland, Ky. outstanding warrant Saturday by the South Point Police Department.
— Richard Bridges, 27, 1493 County Road 6, Ironton, outstanding warrants, possession of drugs Saturday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.
