Burglary — 100 block Township Road 1336, South Point, 2:53 p.m. Thursday, flat screen TV taken from residence, suspect named.
Theft — 3000 block County Road 66, Proctorville, 9:41 a.m. Wednesday, steel beams, other metals taken from residence, descriptions given of suspects and truck, suspects returned second time, detained at gunpoint by property owner until deputy’s arrival, Benjamin Burd, 33, and Timothy Tomlin II, 18, both of 7677 County Road 12, Proctorville, each arrested and taken to jail.
Domestic — Perry Township, 12:55 a.m. Wednesday, woman reportedly grabbed by neck, dragged down hallway, arms twisted, pinned to wall, victim taken to hospital, David L. Lynd, 44, 6 Private Drive 187, South Point, arrested and taken to jail.
Theft — Necco, 100 block Private Drive 977, Pedro, 12:18 p.m. Thursday, Sony Playstation, other electronic equipment taken, 17 year-old male juvenile cited to court.
Domestic — Perry Township 1:54 p.m. Thursday, woman reportedly knocked to ground, kicked, window kicked out, Jeffrey S. Spencer, 33, 248 Township Road 1163, Proctorville, arrested and taken to jail.

— John F. Wright, 3843 Marsh Hill Drive, Catlettsburg, Ky., holder from Maysville, Ky., for theft by deception Tuesday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.
— Christine Newman, 27, 3915 County Road 1, Chesapeake, holder from Cabell County, W.Va., for larceny Monday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.
