Criminal trespass — Country Hearth, South Point, 8 a.m. Wednesday, employee reported man banned from premises was seen on the property, negative contact.
Domestic Violence — 1900 block County Road 46, Symmes Township, 1 p.m. Wednesday, woman reported live-in boyfriend allegedly assaulted her while she was driving, alleged victim pulls over and runs into a house and the man flees, deputy noted victim had redness and swelling on her face and wanted to press charges.
Petty theft, breaking and entering — Country Hearth, South Point, 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, employee reported a room under construction was open and the window air conditioning unit was removed with the coil missing, no suspects.
Petty theft — 800 block First St., Chesapeake, 7 a.m. Tuesday, victim reports PlayStation 3 stolen from home.
Petty theft — Walmart, Burlington, 4 p.m. Wednesday, woman allegedly took $137 worth of dog flea treatments out of the store without paying, deputy noted women allegedly admitted she had planned to have someone return the treatments for a gift card. Morgan Gibson, 1596 County Road 18, South Point, cited to court.

— Shannon Hall, 33, 3546 Richard Avenue, Grove City, warrant for arrest, Wednesday by the Ohio State Highway Parole.
Ironton police
Robbery — 400 block of Pine Street, 9:25 p.m. Tuesday, victim reported while he was getting out of his car an unknown man snuck up behind him and tried to rob him and allegedly hit him in the head and fled, negative contact.
Hit and Run — North Second Street and Derik Street, 10:18 p.m. Tuesday, caller witnessed hit and run, got plate number.
Theft — 700 block of Washington Street, 2:13 p.m. Wednesday, caller reported checkbook stolen, will come to station for report.
Drug deal — Eleventh Street and Ashtabula car wash, Wednesday, caller witnessed alleged drug deal at the car wash, black Ford Escape and black Chevrolet Cavalier, negative contact with vehicles.
Dog complaint — 1800 block South Eighth Street, 4:25 p.m. Wednesday, boxer running loose, chasing mailman, children throwing rocks at dog, dog warden called, took dog and returned to owner, owner warned.
Need ambulance — JAB Lounge, 10:57 p.m. Wednesday, patron fell and hit head, bleeding, called 911.
