The Fairland Lady Dragons and South Point Lady Pointers will meet in a showdown for first place in the Ohio Valley Conference on Monday at South Point.

The two teams were scheduled to play last Thursday but the game was postponed and re-scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Monday.

Fairland — ranked 11th in the first Associated Press poll in Division III — is unbeaten in 11 games while the Lady Pointers are 8-3 and riding a 7-game winning streak.

Both teams are 4-0 in the conference.

The rematch between the teams is set for Feb. 9 at Fairland.
