Shoplifter — Speedway, Eighth Street and Park Avenue, 12:32 a.m. Friday, Edward S. Holmes Jr., 33, 910 S. Eighth St., charged with petty theft and taken to jail.

Theft — 1100 block South Third Street, 2:43 p.m. Friday, cash and artifacts taken.

Trouble — 400 block Pine Street, 3:16 p.m. Friday, two women reportedly yelling at each other, negative contact.

Trouble — Second and Ellison streets, Friday, woman reportedly having trouble walking, negative contact.

Trouble — Delaware Street, 3:41 p.m. Friday, kid on four-wheeler, negative contact.

Suspicious person — Second and Pine streets, 4:37p.m. Friday, woman in street reportedly yelling for help, taken to hospital by EMS, second call 5:04 p.m. 400 block South Second Street, EMS reported woman causing trouble during ride to hospital, Diana Holstein, 38, 1097 County Road 14, Pedro, arrested for disorderly conduct and taken to jail.
