Suspicious person — South Ninth Street and Park Avenue, 5:02 a.m. Tuesday, man wearing shorts and parka pulled over his face walking in area of Speedway, Speedway employee advised case a beer allegedly stolen, man located, Claude S. Dailey, 50, 718 Mulberry St., Ironton, charged with petty theft and taken to jail.
Theft — 500 block North Fifth Street, 9 a.m. Tuesday, vehicle entered.
Theft — 2200 block North Third Street, 9:10 a.m. Tuesday, vehicle entered.
Theft — 500 block North Fifth Street, 10:20 a.m. Tuesday, vehicle entered.
Theft — 2000 block North Third Street, 11 a.m. Tuesday, vehicle entered.
Assault — Wendy’s Fourth and Center streets Tuesday, no charges desired.
Theft — Pick N Save, Ironton Hills Shopping Center, 2:27 p.m. Tuesday, six steaks taken.
Disorderly conduct — 600 block Hecla Street 5:18 p.m. Tuesday, man urinating in public.
Domestic — 500 block South Fourth Street, 8:23 p.m. Tuesday, woman allegedly out of control, taken to hospital.
Vandalism — 1500 block Karen Street, 8:39 p.m. Tuesday, both vehicles entered.
Theft — 1600 block Bessemer Street, 9:05 p.m. Tuesday, woman allegedly assaulted and money taken.
Pursuit — 11:57 p.m. Tuesday, suspect fled across Ironton Russell Bridge, Kentucky police notified.
Disturbance — 200 block Delaware Street, 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, two men on carport, fled when homeowner began hitting them with baseball bat.
Domestic — DJFS office, 1323 S. Ninth St., 11:19 a.m. Wednesday, woman allegedly assaulted, suspect named.
Remove person — Sherman Thompson Towers, North Second Street 1:12 p.m. Wednesday, person banned from premises arrived and is not welcome, left prior to officer’s arrival.
Trouble — Auger Inn, South Third Street, 5:45 p.m. Wednesday, person causing trouble, left voluntarily.
