Unlawful sexual conduct with minor — Union Township, 6:05 p.m. Tuesday, 19-year-old man accused of inappropriate behavior with 13-year-old girl, Daniel U. Lyons, 19, 511 S. Ninth St., Ironton, arrested and taken to jail.

Breaking and entering — 500 block Spruce Street, 2:03 a.m. Monday.

Trouble — 700 block Hecla Street, 1:24 p.m. Monday, vehicle damaged, suspect named.

Assault — Family Dollar Store, Second Street, 1:51 p.m. Monday, victim left prior to officer’s arrival.

Theft — 2:22 p.m. Monday, GPS taken from car.

Burglary — 100 block Woodlawn Drive, 3:35 p.m. Monday, guns taken from residence.

Vandalism — 900 block South Ninth Street, 4:24 p.m. Monday, vehicle damaged.
