Forced entry — 1100 block South Eighth Street, 2:29 a.m. Thursday, residence entered at knifepoint.
Woman acting strangely — KDMC Urgent Care, Park Avenue, 9:04 a.m. Thursday, woman allegedly hanging around acting as if she is on drugs, taken to hospital, Children’s Services called.
Nuisance — Family Guidance center, South Third Street, 1:45 p.m. Thursday, man on mountain bike allegedly trying to damage building, under influence of something and easily set off, located and advised not to return.
Trouble — 200 block Center Street, 6:12 p.m. Thursday, woman yelling and refusing to allow family member and child to leave, advised.
Trouble — Eagles lot, Third and Pine streets, 7:21 p.m. Thursday, people reportedly trying to start riots, advised to go inside.
Domestic — Lyle Motel, South Third Street, 12:33 a.m. Friday, man allegedly drunk and assaulting woman, John E. Davis, 39, 1515 S. Third St., arrested for domestic violence and on outstanding warrant, taken to jail.
Car broken into — 2200 block South 11th Street, 5:11 a.m. Friday.
Nuisance — 700 block Mulberry Street, 5:50 a.m. Friday, someone beating on door.
Break-in — 2200 block South 10th Street, 7:09 a.m., vehicle entered, book bag and calculator taken, book bag later recovered.
Break-in — 1700 block South Fifth Street, 8:57 a.m. Friday, vehicle entered.
Domestic — 1400 block South Fourth Street, 2:26 p.m. Friday, all verbal, advised.
Vandalism — Metropolitan Housing Authority, 10th and Quincy streets, 2:49 p.m. Friday, youth beating on sign, advised.
Domestic — 2300 block South Fifth Street, 7:20 p.m. Friday, woman reportedly beaten, taken to police station.
Domestic — 500 block Walnut Street, 8:38 p.m. Friday, woman reportedly beaten, bleeding, suspect left prior to officer’s arrival, woman taken to hospital.
Theft — North Fifth Street, no specific location given, 11:14 p.m. Friday, purse taken.
