Grand jury returns indictments

A South Point man who allegedly threatened to blow up a medical clinic was among those indicted last week by a Lawrence County Grand Jury.
Stephen R. Wilson, 59, of 34 Private Drive 1861, County Road 1, was indicted on one count of making terroristic threats.
Wilson was arrested after he allegedly called the King’s Daughters Medical Center Family Care Center in Burlington and said he would blow the place up after a staff member told him he had to make an appointment to see a doctor.
According to information from the Office of Lawrence County Prosecutor J.B. Collier Jr., others indicted were:
James R. Ison, 25, two felony counts of assault on a peace officer and misdemeanor counts of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and receiving stolen property.
Teddy F. Mulkey, 31, of Fort Gay, W.Va., one count each of aggravated burglary with a gun specification, felonious assault and tampering with evidence.
Joseph C. Inscoe, 31, of 80 County Road 408, Proctorville, one felony count of receiving stolen property and one misdemeanor count of theft.
Eddie Ray Estep, 30, of 150 Township Road 615, South Point, theft from the elderly, and his codefendant.
Jeremy A. McMillian, 27, of 3706 S. Third St., Ironton, felony theft from the elderly and a misdemeanor count of possession of drugs.
Christopher A. Smith, 23, 104 N. Jones St., Proctorville, theft of drugs.
Timothy E. Willis, 42, of 45 Township Road 248 W, Kitts Hill, one count each of aggravated possession of drugs and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Christopher D. Riley, Huttonsville, W.Va., 47, domestic violence.
Billy R. Monroe, 48, breaking and entering.
Kenneth P. Holtzapfel, 52, domestic violence.
Donald R. Ross Jr., 26, 218 S. Fourth St., Ironton, felony receiving stolen property and misdemeanor misuse of a credit card.
Justin P. Burns, 22, 232 Township Road 2285, Scottown, burglary.
Claude Allen Mills, 36, Louisa, Ky., aggravated burglary with a firearm specification, felonious assault and fleeing and eluding, and his codefendant,
Elmer M. Mills, 36, of Louisa, Ky., aggravated burglary with a firearm specification and felonious assault.
Heather L. Thornsbury, 35, 182 Township Road 253E, Ironton, endangering children.
Charles E. Woodyard, 30, misdemeanor counts of complicity to theft and criminal trespass.
Crystal B. Spears, 26, 244 Township Road 287N, Chesapeake, one count each of theft of a firearm, theft and forgery.
Jamie L. Adkins, 21, Huntington, W.Va., one felony count each of theft of a firearm, theft and forgery and one misdemeanor count of theft.
