CINCINNATI (AP) — The Bengals released quarterback Dan LeFevour from their practice squad on Tuesday and replaced him with quarterback Zac Robinson, who was New England’s seventh-round pick last year.

LeFevour was on the roster as the No. 3 quarterback last season but didn’t get into a game. Robinson spent time last season with the Patriots, Seattle and Detroit, but didn’t get into a game. He played in all four preseason games for Detroit this year, going 9 of 15 for 91 yards with a touchdown. He was waived on Sept. 4.

The Bengals also signed free agent cornerback Rico Murray, who played eight games for Cincinnati over the 2009-10 seasons. He played in all four preseason games with the Bengals this year and was waived on Sept. 3.
