Pauline Stephens

Pauline F. Stephens, 68, of Ironton, died Thursday, June 23, 2011, at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Ky.

The Seagoville, Texas native was born Oct. 26, 1942, the daughter of the late Raymond R. and Pauline R. Ward Brannon.

She was a graduate of a Rylie, Texas High School. She was a former seamstress for Henthorn’s Dry Cleaning and was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Richard Allen Stephens and her second husband, Kevin L. Smith.

She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Janet Lea and Glenn Corn of South Point and Jennie Lynne and Chris Wiestling of Middletown, Penn; a son, Howard Eric Stephens of Ironton; two brothers, Bobby Ray Brannon of Scurry, Texas and Robbie Lee Brannon of Mesquite, Texas; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be noon Saturday at Hayes-Phillips Funeral Home with the Rev. James Cremeans officiating. Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery.
