POMEROY — Chester William Arthur Sr. 60, of Pomeroy, died Friday, May 20, 2011, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, W.Va. Funeral will be noon Tuesday at The Tracy Brammer Funeral Home with Pastor Harold McKenzie officiating. Interment will follow in LaGrange Cemetery. Visitation will be 10 a.m. – noon Tuesday at the funeral home.
