CCS, drug and other cases heard in county court

A Kentucky man will serve prison time for a community-controlled sanctions violation.
Crawford Madden, 40, of 720 Leatherwood Road, Garrison, Ky., admitted Wednesday in Lawrence County Common Pleas Court to violating the terms of his community-controlled sanctions by failing to report to adult probation.
Judge D. Scott Bowling sentenced the man to eight months in prison with credit for time served.
In other cases:
Michael Litteral, 36, of Grove City, pleaded guilty to two counts of complicity to trafficking marijuana. Bowling sentenced the man to four years of community-controlled sanctions and ordered him to pay a $1,250 fine for each count. Eleven months in prison has also been reserved for him in the event violates his CCS terms.
James Newcomb, 44, of 366 Township Road 267, Waterloo, pleaded guilty to possession of criminal tools. His charge was amended from trafficking in marijuana.
Bowling sentenced the man to a six-months suspended sentence, three years of probation and a $5,000 fine.
Matthew Diamond, 26, of 382 State Route 373, Pedro, pleaded guilty to trafficking heroin. Bowling sentenced Diamond to four years of CCS that includes the successful completion of the STAR community justice program. Diamond was also fined $1,250 and his driver’s license was suspended for one year.
Georgetta K. Collins, 39, of 1061 Glendale, Wheelersburg, pleaded not guilty to aggravated drug trafficking, drug trafficking, possession of a dangerous drug, drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge Charles Cooper continued bond from a lower court and set a pretrial for April 6.
Corey Stewart, 37, of 4660 Old William Penn, Monroeville, Pa., pleaded not guilty to two counts of aggravated robbery. Cooper continued Stewart’s $50,000 bond from a lower court and set a pretrial hearing for April 6.
Ryan D. Roach, 35, of 501 Kemp Ave., Ironton, pleaded not guilty to complicity to two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs and one count of corrupting another with drugs.
Cooper set bond at $75,000 and scheduled a pretrial for April 6.
Rhonda Robinson, 50, of 1212 ½ S. Sixth St., Ironton, pleaded not guilty to four counts of deception to obtain a dangerous drug and one count of attempted deception to obtain a dangerous drug. Cooper set a $25,000 bond and scheduled a pretrial for April 20.
Tonia Clark, 31, of 2528 S. Fifth St., Ironton, pleaded not guilty to complicity to aggravated trafficking in drugs and aggravated trafficking in drugs.
Cooper set a $50,000 cash bond and set a pretrial for April 6.
Joshua White, 30, of 302 N. Seventh St., Ironton, pleaded not guilty to sexual battery.
Bowling scheduled a pretrial hearing for April 20.
Meahgan Russell, 26, of 3571 County Road 120, South Point, denied a CCS violation. Bowling scheduled a CCS trial for April 6.
Joshua Coakley, 22, of County Road 15, South Point, pleaded not guilty to breaking and entering and theft. Bowling set a $5,000 cash or surety bond and scheduled a pretrial for April 6.
Nicole LeGrand, 30, of 104 Private Drive 3, Apt. 8, Chesapeake, pleaded not guilty to burglary. Bowling set bond at $25,000 with GPS monitoring and scheduled a pretrial for April 20.
Roger McKinney, 45, of 223 Township Road 1186 #15, South Point, pleaded not guilty to felonious assault. Bowling set bond at $75,000 and scheduled a pretrial for April 6.
Derek Daniels, 23, of 1097 County Road 1 Apt. 45, South Point, pleaded not guilty to complicity to trafficking cocaine, trafficking in cocaine and aggravated trafficking in drugs. Bowling set bond at $10,000 plus GPS monitoring and scheduled a pretrial for April 20.
Daniel Jenkins, 32, of 2528 S. Eleventh St., Ironton, pleaded not guilty to two counts of aggravated drug trafficking. Cooper set bond at $50,000 and scheduled a pretrial for April 6.
Heidi Markins Roach, 39, of 501 Kemp Ave., Ironton, pleaded not guilty to two counts of aggravated drug trafficking and one count of corrupting another with drugs. Cooper set bond at $100,000 and scheduled a pretrial for April 6.
Jennifer Cochran, 29, of 1727 S. Fourth St., Ironton, pleaded not guilty to two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs. Cooper set bond at $50,000 and scheduled a pretrial for April 6.
Mickey A. Petry, 51, of 8417 Green St., Wheelersburg, pleaded not guilty to aggravated trafficking in drugs, trafficking in drugs, possession of drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
