Disorderly conduct — Township Road 1119, Chesapeake, March 16, man and woman allegedly beat on woman’s door following a custody dispute. Raeshelle Nichols, 29, of 376 1/2 Cambell Creek Road, Charleston, W.Va., and Richard M. Rankin, 27, of same address, arrested.

Solid waste — open burning – 100 block of Township Road 1336, South Point, March 17, man allegedly burning insulation off copper. Gordon Meredith Jr., 43, of 102 Township Road 1336, South Point, arrested.

Aggravated burglary — 700 block of Coal Bank Hollow, Ironton, March 17, man reports trailor burglarized, television and game system taken.

Vandalism — 2400 block of South Seventh Street, 7:24 a.m. Tuesday, caller reports someone marked on his car.

Vandalism — 1800 block of South Sixth Street, 7:45 a.m. Tuesday, three cars reportedly scratched.

Vandalism — 800 block of Vine Street, 1:13 p.m. Tuesday, caller reports car was keyed.

Theft — 800 block of South Third Street, 2:15 p.m. Tuesday, woman reports debit card stolen from home. Information for report.

Hit/skip — Second at Walnut street, 5:40 p.m. Tuesday, caller reports two cars hit each other then drove off with one following the other. Minor damage, negative report.

Phone harrassment — 400 block of North Fifth Street, 5:45 p.m. Tuesday, woman reports harassing phone call. Logged.

Stolen boat — 6 p.m. Tuesday, man reports boat was stolen, says the last time he saw it was 2003.

Vandalism — 400 block of North Fifth Street, 7 p.m. Tuesday, man reports someone stole the emblem off his vehicle.

Runaway — 8:53 p.m. Tuesday, two juveniles reportedly headed towards Kentucky on bridge. Subjects located.

Suspicious person — 400 block of South Sixth Street, 10:09 p.m. Tuesday, woman reports strange man walking around neighorhood.

Suspicious person — 3100 block of South Fourth Street, 10:11 p.m. Tuesday, man allegedly in alley trying to steal water meter lids.
