PROCTORVILLE — Peggy Louise Wilks, 76, of Proctorville, died Sunday, Jan. 2, 2011, at Arbors At Gallipolis. Funeral will be at noon Thursday at Hall Funeral Home. Burial will be in Rome Cemetery. Visitation is 11 a.m. to noon Thursday at the funeral home.
