SOUTH POINT – Mina Elizabeth “Libby” Mannon, 66, of South Point, died Saturday, Oct. 9, 2010, at King’s Daughters Medical Center. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Hall Funeral Home with Pastor Gordon Simpson and Pastor Eddie Salmons. Burial will follow in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery. Visitation is 1-2 p.m. Tuesday.
