COLUMBUS – Juanita Collins Stanley, 70, of Columbus, died Sept. 5, 2010, at Hospice Care in Columbus. The Lawrence County native was born Jan. 16, 1940, the daughter of Margie Browning Collins and the late Ermil G. Collins.

Juanita was a graduate of Rock Hill High School.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by one brother, Bob Collins and a sister, Sue Collins Byrne.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her children: Debra Bachor of Columbus; Judy White; Connie and her husband, Mike Wright; Margie and her husband Greg Hall, and son John White, all of South Carolina; Jamie and her husband Luke Katterhenrich of Columbus; and Diane White and Tammy Collins; two sisters and a brother-in-law: Phyllis Spillman of Lexington, Ky; and Connie and Buck Robinson of Ironton; a brother: John Collins of Ironton; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Saturday Sept. 25, 2010 at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 South Seventh Street, Ironton, with Rev. James Cremeans officiating. Friends may call Saturday from 1-2 p.m. at the funeral home.
